Vaskurel terms of sale in Nigeria

1. Who sells

The seller is Vaskurel Nigeria Ltd, whose registered office is printed on the contact page. The company is also the manufacturer of the product. Contact details are on the contact page and nowhere else on this site.

2. What is sold

Vaskurel, a food supplement in capsules for adults aged 18 and over. One pack contains 20 capsules; the recommended intake is two capsules a day, so one pack covers ten days. Each capsule carries 750 mg of five actives: hawthorn extract, aged garlic extract, hibiscus calyx extract, olive leaf extract and coenzyme Q10, in the doses printed on the box and listed on the ingredients page.

Vaskurel is not a medicine and does not replace medicine prescribed by a doctor. It is taken alongside a prescription, and any change to prescribed treatment is a decision for your doctor.

3. Price

The price of one pack is ₦59,000. The list price is ₦118,000; the direct price applies to orders placed on this site. The price is the same in every state and is stated again by the operator on the confirmation call before you commit.

We may change the price, and the changed price applies only to orders placed after the change. An order already confirmed by the operator is delivered at the price quoted on that call.

4. How an order is made and confirmed

You leave a name and a phone number in the form. This is a request, not yet a contract: nothing is charged and nothing ships. An operator calls back, confirms the address, the delivery day and the total. The contract is concluded at the moment of that confirmation.

We may decline an order without explanation, for example when the number does not answer after repeated attempts, when the address is outside the courier map, or when the order looks automated. Nothing is charged in that case.

5. Payment

Payment is made to the courier at handover, in cash or by bank transfer. There is no prepayment, no card payment on this site and no payment page: nobody from our company will ever ask you to pay before the pack is in your hands.

The courier's waybill with the order number is the proof of payment. Keep it: a claim under section 7 is checked against it.

6. Delivery

Delivery is by courier to the address confirmed on the call: two to five working days depending on the state. The delivery window is an estimate, not a fixed date, and a delay by the courier service does not cancel the order or create a claim beyond the replacement rules in section 7.

If you miss the courier, delivery is rescheduled once at our cost. A second missed delivery closes the order, and since nothing has been paid, nothing is owed either way.

7. Cancellation, replacement and refunds

You may cancel at any time before the courier sets out, free of charge. At handover, check the box, the label, the seal and the count: a damaged or wrong pack must be refused there, and we ship a replacement at our cost.

Within seven days of delivery we replace a wrong pack or refund what you paid for it. An opened bottle or a broken seal is not taken back and is not refunded, because a supplement that has left our control cannot be sold again. The full procedure is on the returns page.

8. Limits of our liability

We answer for the formula and dose printed on the box, for the condition of the pack at handover, and for replacing a pack that fails either. We do not answer for a pack bought anywhere except this site, for the outcome of taking a food supplement, or for a decision to change prescribed medicine.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.

9. Personal data

The order form collects a name and a phone number. They are used to confirm and deliver the order and are passed only to the call centre and the courier handling it. The full statement, including retention and deletion, is in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are settled by the courts at the seller's registered office unless consumer law gives you a different venue.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the moment of your order is the version that applies to it; we do not apply changes to orders already confirmed.
