Why Top-Up Pharmacy does not carry Vaskurel
Top-Up is a well-run chain with long opening hours and its own riders, which is exactly why people expect it to have Vaskurel. The reason it does not is on our side. We sell one product through one channel: the form on this site, an operator's call, a rider from our warehouse. Adding a chain would add a distributor's margin and the chain's margin, and take the pack out of our hands for weeks before it is sold.
Top-Up riders and our courier
Top-Up delivers what is on its shelves: prescription tablets for blood pressure, monitors, omega-3 and multivitamins. Vaskurel is not on the shelf, so no rider can bring it. Our rider brings only Vaskurel: a sealed pack with the batch number on the box, after the operator has confirmed the address, with payment at the door.
The formula is also not what a pharmacy shelf offers. Five actives at working doses, 750 mg per capsule: hawthorn 400 mg, aged garlic 600 mg, hibiscus 200 mg, olive leaf 200 mg and CoQ10 100 mg a day. When blood pressure spikes at night: Vaskurel is not a rescue tablet
Top-Up is the name Accra says at 11 pm, and that is usually the real question behind «is Vaskurel there»: the reading jumped, the chemist is open, and something has to be done tonight. Vaskurel is not the answer to that hour. It is a daily capsule that changes the conditions the reading comes from over days, not a tablet that pulls a number down before bed.
What a night spike needs is your prescribed tablet if your doctor gave you one for it, a quiet twenty minutes sitting down, and a second reading after that. If the number stays very high, or there is chest pain, a severe headache or breathlessness, that is a hospital, not a pharmacy counter and not a supplement.
Vaskurel works on the other side of the problem: the mornings that start heavy, the 3 am wake-ups, the ankles that swell by evening. Buyers describe the nights settling from the third or fourth day, which is exactly the part that sends people to a late chemist in the first place.
