This site collects two pieces of personal data: the name and the phone number you enter in the order form. This page states what we do with them.
What we collect
The order form asks for your name and phone number. When you send it, we also record the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and the type of device, so the operator can call you back and the delivery can be arranged.
What we use it for
We do not use your number for marketing calls or messages, and we do not sell or share it with anyone other than the call centre and the rider handling your order.
- Calling you back to confirm the order, the address and the delivery day
- Passing the order to the rider service that delivers the pack
- Answering your questions about the product and the order
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as it takes to deliver the pack and handle any replacement, and for the period accounting rules require afterwards. To have your data deleted earlier, write to us through the contact page from the number or with the order number, and we delete it within 14 days.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The order form stores nothing in your browser.
