Vaskurel shipping and payment in Ghana
Every Vaskurel order ships from our warehouse by rider and is paid for at handover. Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt usually see the pack within three days, other regions within five. Nothing is charged before the pack is in your hands.

How long Vaskurel takes to reach your region
These are the ranges our rider holds in practice, not a promise of a best case. The operator gives you the exact day for your address on the confirmation call, and if the rider is running late, we tell you rather than let you wait.

The pack leaves the warehouse the same or the next working day after the operator confirms the order. Weekends move the dispatch, not the delivery window.
How payment for Vaskurel works

Nothing at the order
The form asks for a name and a phone number. No card, no transfer, no deposit, no online payment page.

The total on the call
The operator states what you pay for the pack and the delivery terms for your address. That figure does not change afterwards.

Check, then pay
The rider waits while you look at the box and the bottle. Only then does money change hands.

Cash or MoMo
Both work. The rider's waybill with your order number is the receipt.
What to check before you pay the rider
Four checks take a minute and settle every question that could come up later. If one of them fails, do not pay: the pack goes back with the rider and the operator arranges a replacement.
The box
White box, coral VASKUREL lettering, anatomical heart, 'Natural cardiovascular Support' at the bottom. Batch number and dates printed, not on a sticker.
The bottle
Deep red label with 'new formula' in small print above VASKUREL and 'PROMOTES BLOOD CIRCULATION' at the bottom. White ribbed cap.
The seal
The ring under the cap is unbroken and the cap clicks when you open it later. A bottle that opens silently has been opened before.
The count
20 two-tone capsules, dry and identical. Fewer capsules or loose powder means the pack is not ours.
If the rider does not arrive
The rider calls before he sets out. If the day passes and nobody has called, the order has not been lost: write to us with your order number and we check the shipment the same working day.
Missing the rider costs nothing the first time. The operator reschedules once at our cost, and the pack waits at the rider point in the meantime. A second miss is a cancelled order, and cancelling costs nothing either, because you have paid nothing.
