Vaskurel returns and refunds in Ghana
You pay for Vaskurel only when the pack is in your hands, so there is nothing to refund before delivery. After delivery two cases are ours to fix: a pack damaged in transit and a pack that is not what you ordered. Both are replaced at our cost.

Every case and what we do
The list is short because payment happens at handover. Read the row that matches your case: the deadline in the third column is the one our staff work to.

Why an opened bottle cannot come back
A supplement that has left our control cannot go back into stock, and we will not ship a bottle to a second buyer once somebody has opened the first seal. That rule protects you as much as the next person: the unbroken ring under the cap is the only guarantee that nobody handled the capsules between our warehouse and your kitchen.
This is exactly why the check happens at the door while the rider waits. Two minutes there settle what no return policy can settle afterwards.
How to claim a replacement

Keep the pack and the waybill
The rider's waybill carries the order number. Without it we cannot find the shipment in our records.

Write or call the office
Office line and email are on the contact page. Give the order number, the date and the phone number the order was placed on.

Send a photo of the pack
A photo of the box with the batch number and of the damage. This is what our staff check against the batch record.

We ship the replacement
Once the case is confirmed, a new pack goes out at our cost and the rider collects the old one.
Refunds of money already paid
A refund is made the same way you paid: cash refunds go back through the rider service, mobile money back to the wallet the payment came from. We do not refund to a different account or a different person than the buyer.
The refund is processed within seven working days of the returned pack reaching our warehouse. If the pack was never sent back, there is nothing to refund, because payment happened at handover.
What we cannot refund: a pack bought outside this site. We can check a batch number and tell you whether it was ours, but a marketplace reseller's pack was never in our records. Details are on the where to buy page.
